5 Priorities for District 3

One commitment: practical help, honest budgets, and real follow-through.

My priorities are built around one standard: public services should be accessible, public dollars should be accounted for, and city programs should produce results residents can see.

Services Within Reach.

Expand reliable, accessible transportation and make it easier for seniors and residents with disabilities to reach medical care, recreation, and city programs.

Safety That Prevents Crisis

Support effective emergency response and prevention, including fire and community care teams that connect unhoused residents with medical care, mental-health support, housing services, and other assistance before another emergency.

Local Skills. Local Businesses. Local Growth.

Make it easier for Anaheim entrepreneurs and small businesses to start, grow, and succeed by improving access to permits, business education, financing, and city resources. I will support opportunities that help residents turn their skills and ideas into stable businesses, good jobs, and stronger neighborhood commercial corridors.

Public Safety with Accountability

Technology can help keep our neighborhoods safe, but residents should know how it is being used and where the limits are. I will push for greater transparency and oversight of police surveillance cameras. We need clear rules on how information is collected, how long it is kept, and who can access it.

Public Dollars. Public Accountability.

Make city budgets and decisions easier to understand. Residents deserve to know where their money goes, why priorities are funded, and whether public safety and city programs are delivering real results.
